The Olympic Solidarity programmes of the IOC are no mystery. It is easy to understand the programmes and this booklet,Olympic Solidarity Made Easy, is designed to facilitate greater understanding of both the institution, Olympic Solidarity, and its programmes. 

It also raises issues aimed at eliciting new ideas from NOCs of the CANOC region in respect of shaping what is offered in the future to meet our individual and collective needs as we strive to better service our respective countries in sport development.
